There have been some decent returns for investors in 2017 despite some ongoing geopolitical challenges and concerns about increasing valuations. This video shows some highlights from our Macro and Markets – The Outlook for 2018 panel at the Thomson Reuters Lipper European Alpha Expert Forum 2017.
Keith Wade, Chief Economist at Schroders, Patrick Armstrong, CIO at Plurimi Investment Management and Jason Day, Senior Investment Manager, Standard Life Wealth, examine the outlook for key market movers such as liquidity, interest rates, inflation and the search for value in asset classes.
They also outline their asset preferences in their portfolios as we move into 2018.
The panel is moderated by Jake Moeller, Head of Lipper UK & Ireland Research at Thomson Reuters.
